


In spring of 2018, where they quickly established themselves with hot sandwiches like the Cheese Burgerwich (featuring thin-sliced sirloin and American cheese), the Brunchwich (gyro-sliced meats and cheese topped with a sunny side-up egg) and the “Wicked,” a sky-scraping sandwich layered with five different meats, three types of cheese, customized toppings and “Which” sauce on a toasted hoagie bun. "I started thinking we should look into this." "As a parent, you know that if your kids want to eat there, you're going to be eating there," says Tyler, who sold RVs and recreational equipment for 15 years before switching to sandwiches. He loved the food, and especially liked the extent to which patrons could customize their sandwiches without paying up-charges. Tyler got to check out the eatery himself during Harper's next hockey trip and was equally impressed. Tyler and Sara Bentz plan to open their second Which Wich Superior Sandwiches in The Shoppes at Blu Water Creek, 4600 32nd Ave. After filling the order, the employee put the sandwich in the same bag and give it back to the customer. In a world already stacked high with sandwich options, Tyler says he was prompted to join the smorgasbord after receiving a rave review on a Twin Cities Which Wich from his son, Harper. Tyler and Sara Bentz, who launched a Which Wich in Bismarck three years ago, hope to open their second North Dakota location for the popular sandwich chain at Thanks to a "two thumb's up" review from an 11-year-old boy, people will be able to welcome a Which Wich sandwich shop to Fargo-Moorhead this spring.
