And clean all the gains and delete files from the Recycle Bin and I got my startup apps and there is nothing that can make them slower. I always make sure I have disable my mac every night even though it should not be a problem to keep it in standby mode. I can clearly see the difference between before and now whenever I tap on the right click or go to settings or make any simple task. And I have 380 GB 500 GB free on my hard drive. Has made a comeback to the top and tried to fix the problen time through the forum with no luck, did an update to El Capitan, it took 16 hours to do the upgrade with the same resoult, still running slow. My Macbook Pro 13 "mid 2012 with more tham 250 GB of available disk space, worked perfectly with Maverick, but suddenly he became very slow, every click is a beach ball and the freezing of the laptop.
